A Place to reflect
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/16/07
I have traveled all over the world, stayed in Hostels to castles but for my book the Whispering Pine is my place to go for peace and quiet. I have stayed there in winter and summer and always find the experience more then excellant.
What I look for when I travel is a place that is clean, the staff is well trained but unobtrusive and the management knowledgeable. I found all three of these things to be in place and operating.
While I am not a gret breakfast person the breakfast put on at Whispering Pines is very delightful besides being included in the price of your room.
If you are looking for a place with biight lights, lots of noise, loud music then this is not the place for you.
If you want peace, quiet, a river rushing by, clean rooms and grounds, staff the knows how to run a first class operation then this is for you.
