A place to rest my head.. nothing more to say excep a waste of my hard earned money!

The first room I was given was not clean and the radio was on and bed was not made. The second room's door wouldn't securely shut and I had difficulty locking. The shower would sporadically change water temperature when surrounding rooms would use water. Management didn't seem to be be concerned with my findings and blew me off with rude answers such as, "what do you want me to do about it". It was quite rude and I was very insulted by the lack of professionalism.
