Sort of a disapointment

We stayed in a suite with two full size beds. There were 4 people-myself and husband and our two kids. My husband and I only needed one bed,and there was no charge for my 6 year old daughter(she slept on the floor in her sleepiung bag).However,because my son(who is 15 )was along they wanted to charge us an extra $20-!! Also they said there was free internet access,but the computer had no connection because "someone stole the wire". GReat. I don't think we will be back!!!
