I would like to respond to a review that was posted on July 6, 2008. I understand that it is impossible to make everyone happy, and that sometimes there are situations in which we will have a disgruntled guest. When this happens, we do our best to rectify the situation to the best of our ability. It is the guests absolute right to say whatever they choose on this website, but it is my right to dispute claims that are incorrect or misleading.Perhaps this person stayed here some time ago. There is no one currently on our staff who does not speak English as a first language.We generally get raves on our food, and I apologize if this customer was less than satisfied.While it is true that our wifi is slow sometimes, it normally works in all areas of the hotel.Cell phone service?
