staff don't seem with it, but it is clean n cheap

Good value, but not the best hotel ever by any means. The staff are
rather disinterested and slow, I can confirm. They'll get the details
of any interaction right... eventually, with enough prompting. The
do-it-yourself waffle breakfast thing is different but it sort of works.
The griddles seem like a burn hazard to the uninitiated, but they are
actually pretty safe and the results are quite tasty and quicker than
you'd imagine, so don't scoff and pass by on these.
