Heaven on Earth
By dl, 11/04/08
Service was unexpected and welcome. Every single staff person I came into contact with was exceptionally kind and professional. WOW! I choke up just remembering such a positive experience. Being around families vacationing, and seeing the positive attitude towards the children was also a plus. And food, don't forget the food. Exceptional quality, taste, presentation. All in all, I wish I had more time to spend there. I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone. It was well worth the time and money and I want to go back soon.

Dubai Experience
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/29/08
Have visited Dubai twice, and both times have opted to stay in Le Royal Meridian Hotel. We were upgraded on our first visit, and given a room of significant proportions with a bed to match. Very friendly staff, in particular the "outdoor" staff and waiters. The Fusion restaurant serves excellent Thai food with the option to eat on the balcony overlooking the pool area and the sea beyond. However, this is only to be recommended on the cooler winter evenings, and a polite refusal is to be given if this is suggested by the staff during the hot summer months. We tried it, and it was unbearable, even at nine o'clock in the evening. A little out of the way from the centre of Dubai. However still a fantastic Dubai experience.

I Loved it!
By Julie, 02/17/08
I stayed at 3 different hotels in Dubai and this one was by far and away my favorite. We had a Club room (with a city view) that was spectacular (even if the view was a little cluttered with all the construction going on). The service was spectacular from all of the staff, especially at the spa. The pools were also fantastic, but expensive ($10 US for a cheeseburger and drinks weren't much better). The resturaunts (especially Ossigeno) were fantastic but be sure and make reservations EARLY. I recommend this hotel to anyone whether you are going for business or pleasure. Enjoy!

DREAM OF A HOLIDAY AT THE LE ROYAL MERIDIEN BEACH RESORT & SPA
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/03/07
Overall, Dubai looks fantastic, with it's ever developing sky scaper buildings, freindlyness of people and outstanding quality of customer service through out , Dubai makes Manhatten looks like a small village. Over the years, I travelled with my friend, far and wide and stayed in many different five star hotels, but the Le Meridien Beach Resort & Spa was the best we have ever stayed in. It is an unbelievable hotel where the rich and the famous rub shoulders, where the business dicussions take place in private rooms, where an average holiday maker would also be treated like the rest. Throughout the hotel, the customer service is to it's highest standards. It's obvious that they seem to take pride in what they do. The decor is excellent, pleasing to the eye, the view is great, the rooms are clean and well presented, complimentary food is delivered to your rooms, the staff are polite and always ready to assist you. Each one of them greet you whenever they meet you, either inside or the outside the hotel. Wherever you want to visit, the staff at the reception would go through the trouble to make sure you get there safe and sound, by making sure that they call the taxis for you and show the respect each one of us deserve. Upon the return journey, they would greet you at the door and welcome you back to the hotel. What surprised me mostly was the fact that, they all got to know us within a day or so. The manager invited the guests for a get together and the food and drinks were free!! In the Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort, the managers do not just walk past their guests. They greet you and give up their valuable time to speak to you. I think thats the most wonderful practice one could think of in a business world. The restaurant staff know what you ate the previous day, what restaurant you used and what type of food you like and it amazes me even more to know that they remembered I was a vegetarian and what I ordred when I last visited their restaurant. Pre-book your meals, because all the restaurants within the premises are very popular. They seem to learn about your likes and dis-likes and when you pre-book, they are ready prepared to serve you. Talking about food, you've got to try all the restaurants within the hotel premises. The staff attend to you as if you are the Royalty. The cuisine is it's highest standards, the presentation value is excellent and the customer service, throughout in all the restaurents add so much beauty to the delicious food they serve. You will be spoilt for choice when it comes to food and drink. Try their grilled Asparagus and softly tendered Spinach with the grilled Jumbo Prawns. I wish I was there right now!!!! I said to the cook, if only I had one more day..., I would have ordered, just a plate full of Asparagus and Spinach. Don't dream about going on a dream holiday, because the Le Royal Meridein Beach Resort & Spa in Dubai is undoubtedly makes your dream come true. It is a romantic place. If you book the best rooms, you get the best and value for money. You have your private reception, the butler etc., complimentary bottles of wine will be delivered to you and adding to all that, the view from the balcony, overlooking the pale blue Arabian sea that gives you the feeling of being in a hot tub and the white sands and three swimming pools dotted about in the hotel grounds, the Piano bar, everything, simply took our breath away. There is too much to go on about, so, go ahead and book your dream holiday. Give yourself the life time of an experience.

Extremely helpful staff that cater to ever need and brilliant organised tours and on demand shuttle service to sister hotel Grosvenor House which you have full access to if you stay at the royal meridien beach resort and spa, so two hotels for the price of one, everything in Grosvenor House is accesible and useable.
