The hotel is very clean,the service is great and the location is right in the middle of town. Driving only five to ten minutes and you arrive to the bay.

We needed a place to stay in New Bern and were pleasantly surprised at the value we found in the New Bern Hampton Inn. The clerks at the desk were more than accommodating and our room was clean and the bed comfortable with a down quilt. I am quite "picky" but would happily recommend this hotel, as well as the Hampton Inn in Fredericksburg, Virginia on Hospitality Road. They both were a step above a 2 or 3 star hotel....and an excellent value!!! An added bonus was free wireless. I would definitely stay at both hotels again. nancy gustafson

Best Hotel in Town

I looked around town to find somewhere to stay while I went to meet my daughter of 26 and grandchildren for the first time. Every other place I went, I was afraid to leave my car in the parking lot, not sure if it would still be in tact the next morning. The Staff here were EXTREMELY pleasant and the rooms were great. It was Superbowl weekend and they had the best hors devours around; Fresh shrimp, chips, etc. Had a great stay. Will DEFINITELY stay here again! By the way....The most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. Thanks Everybody!

Pretty Good Stay

Have stayed at the New Bern hotel several times for work and staff are always friendly and helpful. The room is on par for Hampton quality. Will stay again in the future.

Mothers Day Get Away

For mothers day my husband and 5 year old daughter suprised me with a night to relax at the Hampton Inn in New Bern. It was a wonderful experience. The pool and spa were very nice and the hotel was clean and comfortable.The room had a everthing that you would need even enough towels! We had a great breakfast in the beautiful lobby before we checked out. It was the best one that I have ever had at a hotel. There was a good variety of breakfast food to choose from. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a nice time and will stay there again for sure...it was a very nice experience A+++++++++++
