loud music from the bar, no hot water, no refund on room even though the Tulsa airport was closed due to inclement weather. TERRIBLE, TERILBE TERRIBLE

Location of hotel is good. Staff accommodating and helpful. Rooms clean and bed very comfortable. Dependable place to stay

Chose this hotel because we thought the price was right. A problem came up they charge my CC before notifying me first and the manager was rude and everytime I tried to say something she would interupt and not let me finish. I spent over a $1500 this week at the hotel for multiple rooms and you want to be rude to me.They just lost a lot of business!!!

Our non-smoking room had a peculiar odor. My 6ft 6" companion found the 7ft high hallways to be very uncomfortable, he had to dodge the smoke detecters. Regarding the odor in the room, It turns out there are such large gaps under the doors that people smoking in the next room (even though it was marked non-smoking) had their smoke wafting in to our room. My companion actually thought I was smoking in our room! I accidentally left clothing (nothing of value) in the drawer of the bureau. The housekeepers kept it, saying that in fact I did not leave clothing in the drawer. The king size room we shared did not have any sink/vanity space at all. However, the much smaller, full-size bed room that my brother rented a few doors down had a full double sink with lots of counter space, for a significantly lesser price. Go figure, they had the bed sizes matched to the wrong room sizes. The on-site bar was full of drunken locals, not the type of place I'd frequent. The daytime front desk service was good, but still, the fact that it was okay with them that their housekeepers, which look like blood relatives of the manager, stole my clothing, left me cold and feeling very ripped off. I'll never go back, I don't recommend this facility to anyone for any reason, unless you're desperate. But make sure not to make a mistake and forget anything you think your maid may like to keep, as the manager will support her in her choice to do so.
