Poor Customer Service

The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was good, but the customer service was terrible. To begin, when we called to make reservations we asked for a joining room. They said they didn't have that, but they would put us close by. We were staying for a wedding, so we knew many of the other guests. Another guest and her sibling were staying and had made individual reservations with one requesting one queen or king bed. The other sibling checked-in first and asked to move her sibling for them to have a joining room. Without the permission of the other guest/sibling, her bed request was changed to 2 double beds and they were given their joining room that very day, which we were told was not available weeks ago. We also asked to reserve a crib/pack-n-play when we made our reservations, and they wouldn't reserve them, just said they were available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Upon our arrival, we asked for one and the young gal said she'd get it for us. Much later I returned to find her sitting and visiting and asked about it again, then she finally brought it. We called the morning of our stay and asked if there were coffee makers in the room. The receptionist simply said, "No." We drug ours along only to arrive with a small one in each and every room. I believe some employee training could really make this a much more accomidating place to stay.
