Days Inn Charleston IL, Charleston

I know if you read reviews you will see this place had some very bad ones BUT,for starters this hotel is under new management. Myself, my husband and 6 bandmates stayed here - we had 4 rooms they were all clean and comfortable - they breakfast area was very nice. THE STAFF was so kind and helpful - we were looking for some local restaurants and they gave us some pamphlets and other info. We were always greeted with a smile the 2 days we were there. I would recommend this hotel to any one who wants a nice place to stay and the pricing is very nice too. We were there over the July 4th holiday and it was very busy but there was never a time our rooms were not clean and the staff was always very nice.

Very clean room, friendly staff, coffee makers in rooms, beds was very comfortable slept like a baby � If you are passing through Charleston this is a wonderful place to stop and spend the night

We were greeted with a very friendly smile when we checked in, very courteous. Eventhough there were some technical problem in room, front desk clerk solved the problem immidiately and appoloziged. He even offered a new room. That particular employee was very good in customer service, I think he said his name was "Anut"...But the motel must have some more things for continental breakfast. Anyway, me and my wife are very satisfied with the customer services and definitely go back again.

Drove by this hotel. Extremely dirty outside. Cleaning staff was in an argument in the parking lot. Would not recommend staying there.
