Never go there, or they will swindle you

Price announced: 79.20 CAD plus taxes
Real price: 137.65 (humidity smell included)
It seems clear there is a planned technique to swindle costumers.
On May 11, 2007, in Toronto Pearson Airport, I saw an announcement offering a room for 79.20 Canadian dollars in Travelodge Toronto Airport hotel. I used the special direct telephone (only 3 digits) to speak to the hotel. Telephone receptionist confirmed that the price was 79.20 CAD plus taxes for a room for two adults with private bathroom and double bed.
When we arrived to the hotel, I told the receptionist to speak slowly because of my bad understanding of English. She told us a different price, I told her what I found at the airport and what they told when I called. Then she spoke quickly and told a price that I thought was 79.20 as I said. We wanted to pay cash immediately for avoiding retard in the morning, because of our early fly the day after, but she did not accept in spite of our insistence. Moreover, my wife had to sign a small paper and a blank credit card voucher (I did not have credit card).
Our first impression arriving to the room was a strong smell of locked damp. We did not return to the desk because we were tired and had an early fly, we had many luggages, and my wife accepts everything, so I did not want to dispute with her and with the hotel. Humidity smell seems to be common there because I found reference of it on the internet after that.
On TV, open signal is bad, an invitation to get pay-per view TV, but offered programs never appeared on the screen, so we could not see anyone, by the way avoiding paying more money.
In the morning, we found a bill for 119 CAD, plus marketing fee, plus safe warrantee, plus taxes, for a total 137.65 CAD, without breakfast. I protested, they did not accept any claim, I called the police, but finally they showed me the paper my wife signed where it said 119 CAD. Unfortunately, she did not read this paper and I did not realize she did not read. Moreover, they refused to return us the signed voucher of our credit card; I still fear they make us pay any other invented fee.
