Theft by maid service only one of many problems.
By Paul, 4/25/11
Stayed for three days while doing a construction job. Very bad motel. Maid stole a beer and some food from the refrigerator - who knows what else. Bed was not made one day. No towels one day. Many things in room didn't work. Long-term guest two doors down had dog that ran at and barked at other guests, yet manager did not evict. Came very close to calling the police on a couple of occasions due to these problems. Finally left early and got another hotel for remainder of stay.

When I went to check out the price, I agreed to it and filled out the form with my info and the guy then asked if we had pets . I said we did but as it wasn't too hot I said we'd leave them in the car. He got very belligerent and said " No pets, you cannot stay here. O.K., fine. I picked up my form and was going to tear it up and he said "no, that is private property, that is not yours, get out, or I call cops, get out. Oh yea, there was a picture of Bin Laden watching over his comp. keyboard and he was watching some foreign program on T.V. (probably learning how to steal idenities) DON'T GO THERE!

NOT recommended!
By S L, 3/6/10
The room was dirty and smelled. When I got there, I didn't have any soap or shampoo in the bathroom and I had to go to the office to ask for it. The manager (or owner? I think he lives here) was very reluctant to give me extra shampoo although my hair is obviously very long. I had to go to the walmart to buy my own conditioner because he refused to give me any. Then the next day my room wasn't cleaned so I had to go back to the office to get clean towels! He said it wasn't cleaned because the cleaning company he hired didn't want to come in the snow (the roads were all cleared so this was a lame excuse). I was afraid to walk barefoot because the carpet was dirty, and I had to put toilet paper all over the seat before I felt safe using it. The beds were obviously not clean and I'm sure they didn't wash the sheets from the last guest. The internet is spotty and unfortunately that's pretty much their only amenity. The manager doesn't speak english well and you have to repeat everything a few times because he seems to be losing his hearing. Also, it used to be the Days Inn and all the stuff still says Days Inn on it, but it is crossed out with a black marker. This place is definitely way overpriced. He is going to be out of business very quickly if he keeps this up. Do yourself a favor and spend a couple of bucks more to stay at the Holiday Inn or Marriott across the street!!

Stay anywhere else if you can
By ray, 9/14/09
The room smelled musty when we opened the door. The toilet tank would not refill after flushing and when asked to fix it management turned the supply knob on and off which only fixed it for the next 2 flushes. Obviously this is an ongoing problem that they refused to address. Sink drain plug would not open and we had to pull it out of the sink drain manually and leave it on the counter. Seriously over-priced for the area and the one-star (which is still too good a rating) but as with others we where left with no other options.

buy some gas and keep going
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/17/09
This place is a rip off. their daily rate was way out of line with other hotels in the area. The rooms were dirty, we had to ask for towels each day, and their customer satisfaction was left in their country. We asked for a discount which was published on "their" web site and they said NO. We asked what the pet deposit was and they said 15.00 per day and then charged us 33% tax on the total. There is no cancelations allowed, if you book it and give them a credit card number we will be charged even if you dont want to stay there. This place is run like they were back in their country and not ours, where their standards are very much lower. I am not bashing them for being from out of the US, but if they want to live the American dream at least provide part of it to Americans.

Perfectly fine

Room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice amenities, table and chairs, fridge, microwave, hair dryer, best of all free wireless. Would stay there again.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone
By jc, 8/15/06
First off they charged us way more than what it was worth, but the only place with available rooms (that should have explained it all to us). They should have had to pay us for staying at the hotel. First the service was downright horrible. We had to argue with the people just to get towels in the room and they still didn't want to give us washclothes. Also while in the office two people came in that thought they had reservations only to be told no. Both people argued and were highly pissed (rightfull so) because they were told they had a room, but the people there dropped the ball. The rooms were dirty and room service didn't clean the hotel while we were away during the day. The rooms were very hot and we left the air on while we were gone only to come back to a very hot room. Absolutely no parking so people were parking in the grass and they came around at 7am knocking on the doors to see whose vehicles were in the grass and wanted them moved. Tough stuff, make more parking. Very poor service, not worth a stay. I would recommend sleeping in your vehicle before staying at a place like this. I will never return nor recommend it. This was during a peak time of the year (state fair) and the service was horrendous.

Not the highlight of our trip
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/22/05
This place charged us about double of what it was really worth. No other hotels/motels had vancany at this exit and we were tired so we decided to just stay here. Rooms could have been nicer for the price.
