We were kind of disappointed.

It was a decent place to lay your head, if you don't mind the musty smell, and scanty complimentary breakfast. We had three people in our room and were planning to stay for two nights. We were charged with an extra person fee, which was pretty annoying, considering that the hotel wasn't that great.
We wondered why this nice Indian woman was stuck doing all the check-ins and working with the guests by herself. A couple people got impatient and started ringing the bell for service, since she was helping with something on the other side of the hotel. When we woke up after our first night at the hotel, we were looking forward to a nice complimentary breakfast, before we headed for the Grand Canyon. We came out to the lobby and there was only coffee, artificial orange juice, muffins, tiny doughnuts, and that was it. We were very disappointed. They should've called it a complimentary snack. We were kind of annoyed by the lack of a wireless internet connection feature. But at least we were close to another hotel that has a very strong signal. They should've said, "We use another hotel's wireless connection."
The good points would be that the beds were comfortable and clean. Most of the necessary things were there except for an alarm clock. We were lucky that we had one packed with us. I'd only recommend this hotel if you're willing to put up with the discomforts spoken of earlier. If I came to Williams again, I'd try to get a different hotel.
