We were kind of disappointed.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/25/07
It was a decent place to lay your head, if you don't mind the musty smell, and scanty complimentary breakfast. We had three people in our room and were planning to stay for two nights. We were charged with an extra person fee, which was pretty annoying, considering that the hotel wasn't that great. We wondered why this nice Indian woman was stuck doing all the check-ins and working with the guests by herself. A couple people got impatient and started ringing the bell for service, since she was helping with something on the other side of the hotel. When we woke up after our first night at the hotel, we were looking forward to a nice complimentary breakfast, before we headed for the Grand Canyon. We came out to the lobby and there was only coffee, artificial orange juice, muffins, tiny doughnuts, and that was it. We were very disappointed. They should've called it a complimentary snack. We were kind of annoyed by the lack of a wireless internet connection feature. But at least we were close to another hotel that has a very strong signal. They should've said, "We use another hotel's wireless connection." The good points would be that the beds were comfortable and clean. Most of the necessary things were there except for an alarm clock. We were lucky that we had one packed with us. I'd only recommend this hotel if you're willing to put up with the discomforts spoken of earlier. If I came to Williams again, I'd try to get a different hotel.

Buyer Beware
By JESSE, 7/8/06
Price was to high for the rooms, rented two rooms, only one bathroom facilities between the two rooms (sleeps eight people), only two wash cloths and four towels. Paint is peeling from walls in bathroom. When trying to reach the office no one responds. No cups in room for drinking water and the "breakfast is a joke". Top title is descriptive "Buyer Beware" JD

bad news
By Shawn, 12/20/05
Has AAA sign outside!? Why? How? Screen in room had been cut to pry window open previously. Could not lock window, room on 1st floor so that was not a comforting feeling. Room at end of corridor and a outside door was located there also. The outside door had a sign on the outside in the alley saying in large letters " Lock not working" as to inviting anyone walking by to just walk right in! We left after check in knowing we lost the money but it was not worth it staying and not being able to sleep. We got the room over the phone and had just trusted the picture online. Oh well. Went to Days Inn which was nice, clean and friendly staff.
