Updates needed throughout
This hotel was a disappointment to me for a hotel in the Hilton chain. The rooms were in desperate need of redecoration as the walls, curtains, and the carpet all were showing advanced signs of wear. A friend was staying on a different floor and his room was much the same as mine, so it was not an isolated need. The rooms themselves were not at all conducive to working. There was no desk, and to get internet access you needed to string a long ethernet cable across the floor. The chairs in the room were not really comfortable, they were like dining room chairs.
I stayed at this hotel for 9 days, and was required to come down and settle my bill 6 days into my stay and again when I left. Never having been forced to do this before, I was rather put off by this. Did having part of the money three days early really make their business run better? Food at the hotel was rather dismal also. You are much better off taking the bus into Narita and finding a place to eat there. It will save you money doing so also. I would be inclined to look for a different hotel before staying here, this hotel is simply not worth the price.
