Alexis Inn and Suites Nashville Airport, Nashville

I was recovering from a heart attack and was given help with my bags. King size room was very clean - bed was very nice. Stayed 2 nights and would definitely stay again. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel. Room was odor free - no smokers there.

We thought that Alexis Inn & Suites was in a great location - there were many newer hotels nearby, and it was close to the Grand Ole Opry and other tourist sites. The room was clean, though small, and we thought we had found a great value. However, when we went to our car the next morning, we found that looks can be deceiving. Someone had busted the lock on our car and stole EVERYTHING - CDs, GPS, souvenirs, etc - over $3,000 worth of items. Keep in mind that items were not in plain sight and the door was locked. Management acted rather nonchalant about the ordeal and did not even bother to offer to comp the room. In my opinion, that was an extremely discourteous and unprofessional way to treat guests that had just been through a traumatic experience. We ended up cutting our vacation 4 days short and returning home. We will not be returning to Nashville.

The staff was friendly and took care of us. I had a issues about the finial price of the stay when I checked prices on the web site it showed the grand total as $240 but When I checked in they said it was $50 more. I showed them the page from their website and they credited my money back. It was a great stay fairly quite, nice rooms, friendly helpful staff. Bath tub and hair blower needed fixing which got done fast. I'd consider staying agian.

I visited Nashville for 4 night for a wedding. I wanted to be economical and there is always a risk of getting a trashy hotel but I was shocked that the Alexis Inn was a very nice, simple, clean, and with a decent breakfast. The room was nice, clean, with free internet. Good place to stay! I did have some difficulty parking on Friday and Saturday night, they told me to park on the street and move the car by 9am.

I made a reservation with the Alexis Inn and Suites for a single night stay this past month. When I called the hotel to confirm my reservation, while driving into Nashville, they told me that I had not made a reservation as a guest of the hotel. I spelled my name for them and gave my credit card information multiple times over multiple phone calls. And somehow, even though they didn't have my reservations, this didn't stop them from billing me for the nights stay that I "did not reserve." When I approached management about this, they refused to refund me. Traveler be warned. Avoid this location.

Me and my family stayed there in June on our vacation. Its location was great and easy to get places. It was very clean and the people were very helpful. The breakfast was also a treat. Not having a pool is the only exception to it being perfect if you have young children. If me and my family go to Nashville again...Alexis Inn and Suites will definitely be my choice!

My husband and I stayed at the Alexis Inn April 2008. The rooms were a great value, very clean, comfortable and centrally located. We were able to book tours directly from the hotel. The pickup and drop off at the airport were especially helpful and appreciated. The breakfast was very good. The staff went out of their way to be especially helpful, especially Stephanie and Paris.

My daughter and I came to shop and enjoy the night life of Nashville. Not getting to bed until 3:30AM And expecting to sleep in before driving back to memphis, was awakened at 5:30am able to here the whole conversation of the people in next room. VERY NOISY!!!! Unable to sleep at 7:30 am went down to front desk and the person working behind the desk could have cared less. Would not compensate us in any way and stated that with only two hours of sleep we were not putting our lives in jeapordy by driving home in the rain and with no sleep. I have traveled all over the country and have never had a place so paper thin walls. I guess this would be an ok place if you are up and out of bed by 5:30am

We were at the Alexis Sept. 10 thru 15. The hotel is very clean, quiet and is close to everything. It is completely non-smoking. The room was large with a small kitchen area. Great showers, too! The only down side was that the bed was very firm, So I ended up with a backache every morning. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend the Alexis.

The Alexis has been completely renovated in 2007 and appears to be a brand new hotel. The decor is beautiful, the beds extremely comfortable (with 4 pillows per bed!). There was internet access in the room, and two computers available for use in the business center. The deluxe breakfast saved us a lot of money. It included cook-your-own waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, 4 kinds of cereal, bagels, muffins, coffee cake, juice, coffee and toast. Everything worked and was kept sparkling clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, half way between the airport and the Opryland complex. It was quiet, due to having a hill between the hotel and the Interstate. My only complaint was the lack of pool and spa, but we had so much to see in Nashville that we probably wouldn't have used them anyway.
