They wanted to give me a room on the 2nd floor. We wanted a room on the 1st floor. We were given a room on the 1st floor at the end of the hall behind the bar area. I found it run down, dirty, the air conditioner was only working on one side, it took 45 minutes to cool the room down, the small refrigerator was not cold enough to freeze my ice packs. The pillow on the bed were all very small. I had to cover them with a towel before I would lay my head on them. I feel I paid way to much for a room like this. My niece has stayed here before and liked it. I will never come back again.

I was looking forward to my trip until I check in here. The Hotel smells like mildew. The Staff is not friendly and not to smart.When you meet the Managers you will understand why. I found the Asst. Manager to be very rude and hateful. Why some one would hire her is beyond me. The Manager wouldn't come out of his office. The Hotel is dirty. This Hotel should close and hire new people. I almost forgot the most important part of my stay. My room had roaches!!!!!!!!!!!

If you want to stay here, call direct to get the park & fly rate. It's cheaper than booking thru this site. Also request a non-smoking room on the first floor. When we requested non-smoking and were put on third floor it was designated as non-smoking but was saturated with cigarette odor which permeated our suitcases. Also mildew was evident in the bathroom and the spread and drapes had absorbed cigarette odor.
