This hotel is like no other! from the check in to the check out.The staff is the best I have ever encountered.The rooms are the cleanest with the best beds,and the service is outstanding!If your looking for outstanding service with a great rate this isthe place to go!

My wife and I made reserverations with this hotel one full year in advance, due to high demand on hotel lodging and high hotel room costs during the nascar race weekend. One week before the race, we received email notification that they would not honor our "guaranteed" reservation and that we would be bumped to a different hotel and downgraded from king size bed to small full bed. Essentially, one of us would have to sleep on the floor! Long story short... no one took responsibility either at Mariott or at Jackson. They refused to provide an equivalent lodging. We had to pay nearly double for a different hotel, far away from Jackson. The management was very callous about the whole situation and adamantely expressed its priority for honoring $60,000 Nascar hotel contract to degree of canceling our reservations in untimely fashion. Unbelievably poor management, stay far far away.
