Cambridge Suites Hotel, Toronto

The service at this hotel was excellent. Free water bottle everyday was definitely a plus. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a nice stay. I would really recommend it.

Perfect location on Yonge Street. Close to the subway and easy to get around. The staff was very friendly. They gave us a complimentary upgraded to the penthouse suite. 2 room suite was really nice. The jacuzzi on the top floor had a great view. Even without the upgrade, hard to beat the value you get from this hotel compared to the price of other hotel suites in the Toronto area.

I stayed at the Cambridge Suites hotel during the Caribana Festival last weekend. The hotel was practically sold out, but the service didn't suffer for it. The concierge was able to guide my group of 5 to wherever we needed to go. She offered suggestions and directions with a great atttitude, despite the fact that she was being pulled in a million different directions. We stayed in a CityScape Suite which was great since we were able to get breakfast delivered to our room at the time that we specified. We also had an alarm clock and cd player with cd's provided by the hotel. Our suite had 2 beds (by request) and a pull out couch. The beds were about the size of an American full-size bed. The pull-out was a loveseat sized sofa. Our suite also came with free internet access (either wireless or network). Because there would be 5 women in the suite, I was initially concerned with bathroom time, but the toilet and shower are in a separate room from the sink and mirror vanity. This allowed 2 to 3 people to get mirror time while another person was in the shower. There was also a large mirror over the desk that was used to get ready. The sink and refridgerator were a very good amenity as was the free grocery service. (they pick up your grocery list at no additional cost to you). The absolute best part of this hotel is the location! It is just steps away from Eaton Centre (a huge shopping mall). It is also convenient to the subway and Queen street subway. It's about 5 blocks from the club scene on Richmond street, easily accessible by streetcar or taxi. All in all, we couldn't have picked a better hotel. For good service and a better location, choose the Cambridge Suites.
