Bang for the Buck

Great clean hotel! Check in is mainly at 3 p.m. the hotel let me check in at noon with no extra charge. One of the employees by the name of Amy was great and very nice. I have read several reviews before staying at this hotel and I came across some bad reviews mentioning Amy. She did not live up to any of them. The pool was very nice and pretty big for a hotel pool. It is open 24hrs which is great. Breakfast is included in the price and it was delicious. Fresh made waffles, sausage, eggs, gravy and several juices, very well for a continental breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and smelled nice. Pool was open 24 hours and the hot breakfast buffet (included in price) was very good. Great value for the money.

We can't wait to go back
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/12/06
After staying 7 nights at this hotel, all we can stay is WOW!! They rate as well as any Starwood property. Our check-in and check-out was effortless and fast, our room was VERY clean and with all the amenities in the room is great. The fresh baked cookies in the afternoon is to die for. You can't ask for a better FREE breakfast in town, they cover it all including fresh fruit, waffles and yes cottage cheese. The staff goes above and beyoud, they really are friendly. Their lost and found department is fantastic. You can recieve faxes and they don't even charge you for it. The WiFi internet is excellent, no problems and no internet charge.....BONUS. The pool and spa along with the fitness room was very, very clean. Hotel is quiet and you can't hear your neighbor evven close the door. We won't stay anywhere else. If you want to add icing to your vacation cake, this is the place by far! Honestly... Enjoy, Steve and Debbie Faint Viva Las Vegas

Not great, but okay!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/06/06
My wife and I stayed at the two story hotel Saturday and Sunday nite (May 27 & 28, 2006). The hotel is located on Twin Fall's main drag close to eating and the city's mall. (It's also close to the spectacular bridge across the Snake River where BASE jumpers take the big leap). The hotel has an indoor pool and offers a free breakfast. The room was about $100 a nite. Like I said, it's not great, but okay for a short stay. Driving around town I saw an Hampton Inn and will consider that next time.

The service upon check-in was less than pleasant. We were told our reservation was cancelled, and yet they gave us their "last room". While I was at the desk, the phone rang and the caller was informed that there was just "one more room available for the night". We were given the keys to a room already occupied; there were two green bugs in our bed; and the amount we were informed we would be charged at check-in, was $15 less than the amount charged on the receipt upon check-out. (This issue was resolved before check-out.) The continental breakfast was nice, but other than that, we were very disappointed with our stay.

Best Continental Breakfast!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/04/06
We will never stay at another hotel in Twin Falls, they are the best and even cheaper than others. We tried staying at the Shilo on time and it cost more and we didn't like it as much as the Ameritel. Their breakfast is wonderful. The rooms are always clean and spacious. Our kids love the pool, we like it because we can work out and watch the kids at the pool at the same time.

Very Very nice place to stay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/08/05
We stayed here the last night of our vacation on July 20, 2005 and found this hotel to be just great. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were great, and the beds were wonderful. They really know how to put out a continental breakfast, fresh rolls, fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles, hot and cold cereal, and more, just a great breakfast. The price was the best we found on our vacation and we would definately stay here again.

Wonderful customer service
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/24/05
AmeiTel Inn has a lot to boast. Their staff is helpful and inviting. Their beds are incredibly comfortable. Their rooms have plenty of amenities (refrigerators, microwaves, coffee machines, irons, and high-speed internet) and their pool, spa and fitness area are fantastic. The breakfast has a lot to offer such as waffles, omelets and cinnamon rolls. The location is convenient and the complimentary cookies are to die for. Great hotel!
