Poor, poor, interaction and service

The room was booked incorrectly, we needed two beds, they give us two rooms, then realize the mistake, make us move to the "correct" room and charge us for the rooms used, the prop. manager lied to our festival rep's, with out regard for me and my clients character or reputation. The matters at hand were brought to us rudely, unprofessionally, and our entire weekend was ruined as we stayed in fear that more complications would arise, and we would be asked to leave or locked out of our rooms. I feel that the prop. manage, took advantage of this situation and possibly kept the money for her self.
