don't go there!

This is for the Jameson Inn in Lafayette, LA
Found the hotel under renovation, was not told this when making reservations, no signs posted when we got there, toilets not flushing, carpet nails still on floor and in walls, putty on floor, workers staying in adjacent rooms playing loud latin music and leaving their doors ajar, getting a late wake up call, and only getting it for one room—had to be at the airport for 5:30 am. Called downstairs and informed the clerk on duty that both rooms were to get a wake up call. She immediately called me back and said “you don’t talk to me like that.”
I got my elderly (WWII Vet) to the airport for his trip to D.C. We had to scramble. Mother and I came back to the hotel and they were changing shifts. I went to the desk to explain the incident to the morning clerk and the night clerk got up out of her chair and began to berate me. I thought I was going to have to call the police.
Customer Relations are unwilling to reverse charges.
