Disappointing
The beds were incredibly hard and the pillows were flat. The service left a lot to be desired. We asked for a couple of extra pillows when we arrived, and they couldn't help us because "housekeeping had left for the day". We asked if we could request some for the next night, and they said "no problem" they'd leave a note. Needless to say, there were NO extra pillows when we got back from Wild Adventures the next day. When my husband called the front desk, the lady said she'd look and call us back. After a while, I called again and she told me she couldn't help us because she couldn't leave the front desk. Nice.
I also overheard someone ask the front desk if they had a toothbrush one morning, and the lady said, "We don't normally hand out toothbrushes..." I thought her condescension was a little out of line, considering the sign in the bathroom that states you can simply ask the front desk if you find you're missing an "essential toiletry item". I consider a toothbrush to be pretty "essential".
Finally, the "Deluxe Continental Breakfast" ("Deluxe"????) left a lot to be desired. Not only were they out of half of the items they listed on their board BOTH days, there were a total of sixteen chairs around four tiny tables. (There are ninety-four rooms in this establishment.)
