Comfort Inn I-17 And I-40, Flagstaff

My daughter and I stayed here while we were in town for freshman orientation at the university. When we stepped out of our car we were excited to smell the fresh scent of the surrounding pine trees. The exterior of the hotel is attractive and the lobby and surrounding areas are warm and inviting. The room was nice and, most important, clean. The breakfast was fresh and well supplied. The coffee was always available, and the cookies in the evening were very good. The dining area was very clean and there is a nice conversation area with sofas, comfortable chairs, and a large fireplace (which I imagine must be wonderful in the winter!) The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and like most establishments in Flagstaff, was staffed by local college students. They were always ready to help and had maps for several different locations. Another thing this hotel has going for it is its location. It's conveniently located for the passing traveler, in addition to being within short walking distance from NAU. I have already booked my stays for move-in at the university as well as family weekend in the fall. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean comfortable room.

We have stayed here twice . Beautiful, the staff is excellent. The rooms are so very clean, this is where we will stay from now on each time we visit that area. Rates are great.....From Ky

Have stayed there twice so far and will be going back again. NIcely refurbished. Comfortable rooms. Good breakfast and convenient location with respect to restaurants, freeways, movies, attractions etc. Very good staff and service and in general an extremely worthwhile place to stay in Flagstaff.

This hotel was so comfortable, and wonderfully priced. We stayed there for 2 nights to go play in the snow with our 4 small children. The continetial breakfast was excellent with fresh juices, homemade waffels, pastries, cereal,fruit, and oatmeal. The lobby is excellent, so warm and inviting, with many comfy couches and chairs, a blazing fireplace always lit, humongous bay windows with beatiful snowy views, large tv to kick back and relax, and even a big toy chest with toys for the little ones, to play with while parents relax. Every night they bake cookies, and leave them on the desk for guests to enjoy. Also there are 2 computers in the lobby with internet access. Rooms were very clean and comfy. We enjoyed our stay!

The room was very comfortable and close to the restaurants. We spent 2 nights there on vacation. We came to drive to Sedona and spent the day there. They had a continental breakfast and coffee and everything was so convenient.

We stayed here on the recommendation of the reviews on this web site and weren't disappointed. Nice quiet room with chesterfield. Very nice cheery breakfast room with great extended continental breakfast. Would highly recommend. Good value.

Clean, friendly, wonderful breakfast included. Reasonable price. Would have liked a little softer bed and a balcony. Yes, I would stay here again.

The lobby and the atmosphere during the winter makes it feel like home. The smell and taste of fresh cookies every evening was a very nice touch. The staff was able to answer every question, and provide me with a map of the town. Very helpfull and friendly. Thanks

This is a wonderful hotel that is located near the South Campus of NAU. There are several restruants within walking distance and the Staff is very helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

THE LOCATION IS A PLUS, MINTUES FROM DOWNTOWN BUT JUST FAR ENOUGH AWAY FROM THE TRAIN STATION. VERY QUIET AND RELAXING. I MUST SAY THE LOBBY IS VERY UNIQUE AND ONE OF A KIND. THANKS
