Horrible experience.

We made reservations for this hotel months ahead of the date we stayed in Woodstock, IL. When we arrived at 6pm the night of our reservation, we were informed that they could see we had made a reservation but they did not have a room available for us. Apparently, their policy with reservations is not to hold rooms, but give them away on a first come first serve basis. I would never make another reservation with this hotel and be under the false assumption that I will actually have a room when I get there. Also, the breakfast was awful. A couple doughnuts and coffee. We heard multiple guests complain about this. Never go to this hotel if it can be avoided.

Nice Family Place

We did not have a reservation and the hotel was very busy. The front desk clerk offered a room with a king size bed and a pullout couch since there were no two bed rooms available. The room was enormous and had a little kitchen area with sink and cabinets. The kids were thrilled to sleep on a pull out bed, it seemed like an adventure to them. The next day we were offered the opportunity to move to a room with two beds, but we were happy to stay put. The indoor swimming pool was really big and the kids never wanted to leave. I would reccomend this hotel to any family traveling with little ones.
