Really dirty.

I had to go to the front desk to ask for disinfectant and rags to clean my room. The desk clerk did call me about 11:00pm and offer me another room, but it was too late to change. They did not give even a partial refund.

The guy at the front desk in the evening was the worst desk ckerk I have ever seen. would not communicate, would not answer questions, and acted like he did not want anybody to stay at the place.
