It's a dump. They were going to pull it down a year ago and all the small hawkers stalls that depended on the hotel's existence started to close. The management decided to postpone the demolishment of the hotel but not all the stalls came back which lends a deserted air to the food stalls below. Food stalls apart, the hotel has not undergone any refurb since the idea to pull it down was mooted. I doubt they'll be taking any more bookings for 2007 since they are planning to pull it down in 2008.

It is the only hotel in the world where u can see the building but u just cant find the entrance....for a 20-odd storey building i just dont understand why the main entrance is via an tiny narrow back lane... I have to call my sis back in Singapore who had been there to guide me to this tiny back lane...followed by a long walk to the basement parking... ..the rooms a bit dilapidated....we actually experience elctrical failures for a few occasions....but all these are compensated by the service which is excellent..tending to you all the time....very fast checkin and out....

The only good thing about this hotel is the food and service from the North Indian restaurant and their coffee house. Everything else was terrible. Hairdryer in my room was not working. Room was still very cold even after switching off the air-con... cold air was still blowing out. Obviously, the air-con is faulty. Door latch was broken and gave us difficulties in opening the door! Went to the front desk and complained. The staff said they would send someone to check on it. It appeared that the staff did not care about their hotel guests because when I returned to my room about 5 hours later, nothing was done. Clearly, it does not live up to its five star hotel standard. Any three star hotels can provide better services. Its location just made everything worse, it is not even anywhere near KLCC!! I wrote in to complain but no reply at all! I would never, ever return to this hotel again.

The hotel located centre in city but the hotel entrance not really grand...Rooms not ready when we arrived but the front office staff very friendly exspecially Ms Faizah and Mr Seelan their really helpful.have to renovate the room....Have to provide room with breakfast

The white building could be seen from a far distance, looks nice and tall. The checking in and was a bit slow. But the service was excellent. Entrance to hotel was a bit disappointing, having to pass by a small lane and all. The lobby was nice but not enough seating capacity and the couch was really old and stained. The rooms need to be more standardized and renovated. I got a shock when I checked into my room as it can be compared to some other three star hotels. I expected more than just great view. Towels were raggy, restroom were pretty old and small. Rooms needed more LIGHTING. But other than that, the food was great! Room service was excellent and fast. Staff were friendly. And I had a great stay. Keep it up you guys, I will be back for my next holiday trip.

We had to ask people in order to find the hotel entrance as it is located in the back lane. Then we trapped in the hotel car park. We went up the car park level by level in order to find the lift to the hotel lobby. The room is spacious but the furnishing is quite old. We had our buffer dinner at the hotel. The buffer was expensive but the food was good.

The room we stayed in was looking old. There were marks on the walls, the bathroom was quite small and needed renovation (old taps, bathtub chipped) and the towels we were provided with were frayed badly. We were disappointed as we expected more from a 5 star hotel.
