Super 8 New Castle, New Castle

I have never stayed at a Super 8 Hotel due to the fact that I always had the impression that it was of very low quality. But to my surprise I was impressed by the rooms and some staff members. I left a hotel across the highway due to bad service and called Super 8 for room availability and they were so accommodatingly. One staff member by the name Vernon was so helpful he actually took me on a room tour to see which room was to my liking. The only thing I was not happy with was the evening staff, the front desk never answered the phone. But over all the was pleased.
