Rude desk clerk could not program our door cards in order for us to enter our room. We requested twice that she reprogram them and she could not handle it. She became rude and refused to help us. We left and stayed in a hotel in a town 70 miles away. Do not stay here, the help is very rude.

Stayed there on August 9 2009 and woke up with bed bugs bites from head to toe! We had this experience once before at a hotel in Mexico and knew immediately that the bites were not spider or mosquito bites! Do NOT stay here!

Likes: clean room, large room, nice bedding, flat screen TV, fast internet and easy connection, friendly and helpful maids. Dislikes: very cold swimming pool, no hot tub, breakfast ran out by 8:30am and it was hard to get them to bring additional food items, CONSTRUCTION during our stay. The hammering and extremely loud sawing began by 7:30 am upstairs. The only notice of construction work happening was a sign at the check in desk. Had we been notified when we made our reservations, we would have stayed elsewhere. We asked for a late checkout and couldn't sleep at all because of the horrible noise. This was our worst stay in 6yrs.

The room was clean and comfortable. A large selection of breakfast. At breakfast another guest accidentally bumped in to me while I had a cup of coffee in my hand. The coffee spilled all on my arm and had. My hand was red for a while, but not too bad of a burn. The staff of the motel did not come over to check on me or ask if I was okay. They acted like they did not see it. The other guest was hesitant but did try to get me some cold paper towel, but still was not very apologetic.

comfort inn staff very friendly, very clean rooms, my husband has medical problems,we were glad that all rooms came with microwave and refrig's..very helpful. I was abe to check my email, had a business center in the lobby and of course in the rooms as well. Breakfast was very good, very good waffles.:)
