Out of the way, but good for the money.
The Inn was not the cleanest place I've ever stayed and the staff was not the most friendly or helpful, but things were clean enough and the staff was quick to offer answers to questions when asked and did help us figure out the best way to get around Niagara Falls. Our air conditioner leaked like crazy and there was a towel under it to absorb some of the water.
There was a restaurant at the Inn that offered a free breakfast to guests. That was a nice treat to stop in there and take advantage of that before starting out day.
As for getting around, the shuttle stops right in front of the Inn and makes its rounds. The shuttle runs from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. (I think those are the times and they vary according to the time of year, too) and takes you right down to the action and to all of the main attractions. Niagara definitely has their transportation figured out! The Inn is on the outskirts, but the action is easy to get to using the shuttle, which is very affordable. I would stay there again.
