Fairly nice hotel

My husband, four month old son and I spent five weeks at this hotel. The rooms were fairly clean, the staff was nice, and the free breakfast was filling, although during the weekends, the menu selections are limited. We didn't really have any major complaints. The noise level was at a minimum, even though our room faced the pool and courtyard area. Although the hotel is located right next to the airport, the plane noise was not an issue. I even appreciated the fact that there were no people allowed to be in the pool area past 10 p.m., which was nice since we had our baby with us and the baby wasn't woken up by any noise from the outside. We would consider staying at the Radisson hotel again.

I love the beds!!!!

The price is crazy if you dont have a good income but it is a great place to stay!!!!!!!

Great Value and Service

I stayed at the Radisson for 5 nights, and breakfast was delicious, and you can eat it out or have it made and take it back to your room. It's right next to the airport and was close to restaraunts, malls and movie theatres. If I ever go back to El Paso, this is definetely the place I would go back to. The rooms were very clean as well, we stayed in a 1 bed suite, and we were right next to the pool! Laundry is free too!

I was led to believe this place was a luxury hotel by the website and the price. I stayed in the 2 room suite. The counters were dirty, the carpet was filthy and stained, and the furniture was falling apart. There was a large crack in the wall. The room smelled and then after I left they charged my a $200 cleaning fee and said I had smoked in their room! I havent smoked in 5 years! They said 100% money back if your not satisfied. I asked for a partial refund and a refund of the $200 and they refuse. The breakfast was fruit and toast with coffee. Not very good. I wish I had stayed at the Marriot suites across the street.

Great place to stay. Large beautiful atrium with well appointed rooms. Amazing staff, 2 clean pools. What more could I ask. Free breakfast and 2 coctails. LOVE IT!!!!

Retreat!!

Very nice, many ammenities, very clean and friendly service!! We live in El Paso and were having the home remodeled so we stayed there for the weekend, what a relaxing get away it turned out to be. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Our 2 room suite had the fireplace and large bubble bath. The Sleep number bed was wonderful. We felt like we had gone out of town to have a relaxing weekend. Will go back again!!

Fantastic

In July of this year, my eldest daughter and I were moving my things from Florida to ElPaso. We spent 3 nights at this hotel, and I would have to say that it is one of the best value, and cleanliness that I have ever stayed in. The free breakfast was not one of the original doughnuts and coffee. They actually had a menu with a variety of free things and some you had to pay for. Quite a pleasant stay.

Best Place in El Paso

We loved the Radisson in El Paso! It was a very nice property, the room was extremely spacious, and they had great food! We ordered Mexican food from their room service menu,and it was so good we ordered it two nights in a row. The pool was nice and quiet, and very clean. We even got free cocktails during happy hour and were able to take them back to our room to enjoy them. It was a wonderful stay, and if we ever end up back in El Paso, we will definitely stay there again.
