Inn on the River, Pigeon Forge

Indoor and outdoor pool, nice breakfast, comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Very quiet and relaxing. Outdoor eating nook by the river.

We stayed in a king room overlooking the creek. Although the room was average size, for a hotel, it had alot of furniture in it, which made it seem smaller. As a lot of the newer hotels have a fridge and microwave, this one does not and we missed that convience. Still, very convient to the shows in Pigeon Forge and to Dollywood. If anyone going to Dollywood or Gatlinburg, would recommend taking the Trolly (50cent, a person, a ride or $2, a person, for the day), as parking cost $8-10 dollars for the day. As it is a two star hotel, you pay for what you get. Still, a decent/ nice hotel for the price.

My wife and I stayed here for one night. We also had our newborn boy with us. Must say this is a great hotel, with a great location. I would stay here again. The free breakfast was good. This place puts the comfort inn and suites on top of the hill to shame! Stay here!! You'll love it!
