We arrive on a stormy night after driving all day. When we turned down one of the beds we found the bed had been urinated on and made up. We asked for a new room and they were full. We turned the mattress over and upside down, made it up, slept on top of the covers. When we talked to the manager the next day she said that the owner said we should have left if it was so bad. It was like ordering a pizza, eating it and then complaining. This is the first time I have complained about a hotel. Don't stay here it was a terrible experience and the owner was not only rude but doesn't care about his guests. The fridge was dirty. Complaints were

What a place

They treated me and my family great for the week that we stayed in Billings.. Very experienced and Montana knowledgable. Extremely clean rooms, lobby and breacfast roms. The spa was nice to relax in after a long day of enjoying Montana. KUDOS to the owner and management!!!!

Never Again

This is by far the worst hotel expereince i have ever had in my life. The only good thing about this hotel is the friendly front desk clerk Joanna. I will never stay here again, not only are they overpriced but the sheets on our bed had stains on them. I travel to Billings often and have stayed at many area hotels, I would recommend the c'mon inn among others.
