Executive Suites At Archstone, San Francisco

Just an all around wonderful experience from start to finish. The prompt replies to our many emails before booking, the honesty, the genuine care - I could go on an on. I commended the manager on his fine services and staff, and informed him that we felt as if we had been treated like we were their only guest. He replied that they treat all of their clients as if they are their only guest - and they do. They could not have been more of a delight. We will see you soon.

We come to San Francisco for a month every year to escape the heat from back east. This was our 6th stay with Executive Suites, and I must say that each stay is more and more enjoyable. The staff is top notch and their customer service is unmatched. We always stay at the same property, but have never had the same apartment twice. This is not a problem for us, as they are all furnished alike and you know what to expect! I thank the men in the office for their warmth and hospitality and we are both incredibly thankful. We will see you next year! Thank you too to the housekeeping staff for their attentiveness and attention to detail.

After searching for several weeks for accommodations in San Francisco, we finally decided on Saint Francis Place. Hotel suites with kitchens are impossible to find in San Francisco. Since we were staying for two weeks we desperately needed a kitchen. The apartment was neat, well furnished and very clean and quiet. The decorations were simple and straightforward, but we weren't looking for anything extravagant. The apartment had a full bath with a bath/shower combo, living room/dining room combo, separate bedroom and full size kitchen with a full size dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, and microwave. The staff was friendly and walked us through the rental process. Maid services were weekly which worked out just fine. I personally didn't want a maid in my room everyday to make the bed and vacuum. Extra linens, towels, and toiletries were in the closets and cabinets (I'm guessing 15 sets of towels were stashed away for our use and replenished the next week). The location was great. It's close to the subways and lots of sights. Our one complaint was the parking was a bit confusing. However, after we came home we realized I had been emailed instructions that we were supposed to take with us, so I can't blame the company for the confusion. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Not very clean. Poor TV service. Minimal basic cable with no ESPN. Staff has poor attitude and service. Very poor utensiles provided for corporate apartment. Would not stay here again.

Executive Suites does not run St. Frances Place Apartments, nor does it have a representative on site. If you need items, such as clean towels, you better ask during business hours. I was told "to go clean the towels at the community laundry mat or wait until 9 am". Additionally, the apartments allow pets. The smell of cat urine was evident in my room. This was cleared by keeping the windows open...beware those of you who have pet allergies! Otherwise, good chose.

Amazing place! would recommend to anyone visiting San francisco. This transportation is very convinent and localtion is good. Nothing to complain about. If you would like to visit in the summer, it will be really fantastic.

A nice place overall. Clean and well kept buiding/apartments. Healthy sized rooms with galley style kitchens. Located across the street from the convention center.

There is not a more beautiful or charming city anywhere. Would love to live there. The hotels and restaurants can not be beat anywhere. The only negative thing is I would say, it is a little pricey.

Everthing was wonderful, the staff was helpful and attentive throughout the process and made things very easy.
