Will never stay there again.

Rusty bath tub drain...no baths for us. Paint covered a lot but pretty shabby. The worst part was the pull out bed in the suite we reserved so my son would have a place to sleep. The springs were so bad that he couldn't sleep on it. While they did offer to move us to another room, half of our party was already asleep, so we couldn't move. He ended up closing the bed, putting the sheets on the couch and sleeping on it. Never again.

Not too Snabby

The price was not too expensive and it is really just a mile or so from some different historic sites. Ripleys and the Fountain of Youth are pretty close-- The carpet was new and the bed was comfortable. The only problem with the room was with one of the chairs. It was falling apart. Not a big deal though. Hotel furniture goes through alot. We were in a room next to the train tracks mentioned in some of the other reviews and we only heard the train 2 times. Once around midnight and then around 9 in the morning. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The hotel was very convenient to everything. The shuttles pick you up and take you to the touring train. The hotel was clean. There is a train track that is behind the hotel but we were not disturbed by the few trains that went by. No whistles. The continental breakfast left a little to be desired. I would definitely stay there again.

hotel not up to par

the outside walk way to our room was dirty and spotty. when we got in it smelled musty. the carpet was not clean,the tub was dirty,and the coffee maker had rust all over it. im sorry i stayed checked in on a whim we were both very tired from travel. learned a lesson never leave home without a laptop.

Stayed with my group.Convenient location, comfortable beds.Could use a little renovation.Not bothered by the trains as we were located in the front of the hotel. Continental breakfast was standard offerings. Not a five star,but a good value.

There are plenty of other affordable places to stay in St. Augustine. The room had an odor to it, was not clean at all. When I spoke with the manager about the situation, he was rude and insulting - he talked over me the whole time. Needless to say, we did not spend the night there. I would recommend the Holiday Inn, it was only a few dollars higher and a much better hotel

the room smelled like bug spray and the carpet was stiff like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. the staff was pleasant and helpful, the location was convenient to old st augustine and the site of my daughters wedding. Across the street from a denny's restuarant and mcdonalds. would probable stay again, but keep on the socks at all times
