Campanile - Paris Pte D Orlean, Arcueil

I recently went here on a school trip and this place is horrible! First of all no one on the staff speaks english. (I guess I cannot completely hold this against them, but they didn't even make an effort to help) Second they are unwilling to accomodate guests. (would not give an extra pillow to a room of four guests and only 2 pillows, pullout bed broken) Third, the you cannot make any calls to home on the room phone, but only on ht ephone in the public restroom. Last and most important, I left my digital camera with all of my pictures from my trip on it in my room and I reported it the next day and they said there was no camera found without even checking. (the first time I called they told me to call back the next day and when I did they hung up after I only said hello and that I was told to call today)
