great room, beds and pillows outstanding in comfort-- Disappointed in the hot tub not working

We were in twon for a funeral and got about 4 rooms for all of us. We had called at 8 am that morning and we asked for a early check in because we had to be somewhere at 2, the normal check in. After being assured we could check in at 1 we got to the hotel and a very rude desk clerk said to us "well i wasnt here this morning and i dont know anything about it". WE explained that we had to be somewhere at 2 and she said she could check. After she checked she informed us only 2 of our rooms were ready. she then took a half hour to check us in even though our rooms were on the same floor and right next to each other. AFter we went into our rooms, my friends mom had requested a smoking room and was given a non smoking room. so she had to go to the front desk, again. My room was missing many of the amenities. WE did not have conditioner or body soap. only shampoo and face soap. WE also only had 2 towels and there were 2 queen beds. THe hairdryer was basically hanging off the wall and one lamp did not work. The only way the TV would work is if the light switch was turned on- otherwise it was fuzzy. One of the rooms wasnt even ready until almost 2! When we had our checkout the same rude desk cleark took a long tim to check us out. The only thing they offered for breakfast was waffles, yogurt, bagels and cereal. Basically i will never stay there again
