Refused to unclog a toliet that was clogged before we got there after repeated notifications. Forunate for us, we had an adjourning room. Hairy, greasy ice bucket. Wide door gaps. Handicapped bathroom locks, but other bathroom does not. Front desk friendly ONLY when manager is around. Left doors wide open and unattended for significant period of time while cleaning, even though, guests still there.

Such a great price and conveniently located. It was easy to find and we only had to drive 15-20 minutes to get to Geauga Lake. And there were tons of places to eat on the way. The room was very clean and the water pressure was perfect. The only bad thing was that the showerhead was a little low. I am 5'7" and it was eye level. Otherwise it was quiet and the staff was friendly and I would definately recommend staying here!
