Travelers INN Bullhead City AZ
By hotcoppa, 4/30/12
Travelers INN Bullhead City AZ Stayed at this Hotel this past weekend and I would NOT recommend this hotel to ANYONE. The whole establishments is very dirty, the air conditioner was broken, many of the plumbing fixtures were broken, they have mice, the hall ways were hot. 1 of our beds had no blanket, the housekeeping is horrible, they do not allow late check out & called our room at 6 am to tell us so, the staff is rude, unhelpful, the grounds are dirty and unkept and worst of all my credit card was over charged and when I called to try and rectify the situation they were rude, argumentative and hung up on me. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Rude Management, Concrete Mattresses
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/17/09
Not even close to being worth the $55 I paid for the room, and if you have any complaints, management has no interest in resolving them. (A refund is completely out of the question.) The carpet was dirty, the mattress was harder than a sidewalk, and when I explained that I don't sleep well on extra-firm mattresses and asked for my money back, they kept showing me more and more rooms containing mattresses with about the same rigid firmness. They even managed to insult me -- "I've never had this complaint. Maybe you just shouldn't go away from home." I finally found a so-so mattress at a nearby hotel they also owned, but the next morning, about an hour before checkout, my bathroom ran out of toilet paper and I stepped into the hall to request more from the person who was cleaning the rooms. The same guy who'd shown me endless rooms the night before refused to replace the roll, saying, "You're checking out today anyway." I took a final shower and, rather than leave behind the unopened bars of soap and other items that I didn't really need, I departed with all the free stuff my suitcase could carry. Never again!

Not what you think
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/3/09
Extremely disappointed in our stay. Manager pushy and rude. No hair dryer in room, no alarm clock, room rate way too high compared to others. We moved to a 3 star for less money per night. Mould around toilet and tub, also exhaust fan in bathroom. Continental breakfast coffee and danish, period. Mattress extremely hard. Worst hotel experience in forty years. Impression- they just want our money.
