The front desk clerk was nice. I had to bed placed in two different rooms. The first room was dirty, with trash already in the trashcan and a used towel on the vanity. The second room had no hot water, and no working telephone. The clerk offered me a third room, which i declined. I went to the Holiday Inn down the street and was quite pleased.

The maintenance guy and a thug friend of his came by while we were in the room and acted like they were surprised it was occupied. Well we went to a wedding apparently he used his key to get in and steal our jewelry. Unfortunately we did not realize until after we got back home to Florida. No resolution yet. The very same maintenance guy followed another female wedding guests to her room and tried to say he needed to give her a shower mat. When she called the front desk they were very rude to her and would not even check to see if the guy was who he said he was. The rooms were also dirty and the carpet was disgusting and obviously needed a vacuum. This is the worst experience ever!

Great location and customer service. Hotel is making great improvements from last stay would recommend to all for at great stay at a great bang for your dollar. Great staff and very responsive.

I did alot of research before choseing a hotel for the trip and I must stay what I seen in the pictures for this hotel was very different from what we arrived to. The room was very musty and ran down looking. The microwave in the room was disgusting and looked as if it hadnt been clean since it was bought in 1995. I seen several roaches running about the room and it was impossible to sleep with constuction workers loudly banging away below us. Overall I was very disappointed with the hotel and for the price we could have stayed in a much nicer place. I would not recommend it to anyone. It is by far the worst days inn I have ever seen or been in.

Luckily the Courtyard was sold out and we ended up at the Holiday Inn Express. This hotel was far nicer than the Courtyard. The building and rooms we very new and clean, well taken care of. Staff was friendly and the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

This is one of the best Holiday Inn Express's that I have ever stay in. New flat screen TVs, nice beds and a fast internet connection. Good for the traveler.

Our stay ther ewas great the staff was very nice. the rooms were very clean and the beds were great and very comfortable. i would definitly recommend to others and stay here again.

We were really pleased from the minute we stepped into our room. We had a king leisure suite, which was really quite spacious with a king-size bed and a love seat which folded out into a bed to sleep two more. One of the things we really liked about our room was the new adjustable showerhead that offers a rainshower, a pulsating shower or a regular shower - not a feature you often see in a mid-price hotel. Also, they had a little card that mentioned that if you had forgotten any items like your toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc. to let them know and they would supply if for FREE - again, nice perk for a mid-price hotel. I'm always cold in hotels, so it was nice to have an extra blanket already in the room as well as an extra pillow without having to ask for it. The next morning, we ventured down to the lobby to check out the new Express Start breakfast. The lobby was set up really nice with plenty of tables to sit and eat. The hot, fresh cinnamon rolls were to die for. They also had several different types of bread for toast, muffins, juices, cereals, hard-boiled eggs, instant oatmeal and grits, and fresh fruit. The coffee was excellent with a variety of flavored creamers for added taste if you wanted. A really nice spread. On top of all of that, we spoke several times with our front desk clerk to ask for recommendations for local attractions and places to eat. She was extremely pleasant and helpful, steering us to great places that the locals go and keeping us away from some places that we might have ventured into that she said weren't worth bothering with. We were overall extremely pleased with our experience and will absolutely stay here again. Oh, by the way, they also accept pets and were not bothered in anyway by the fact that we had 2 small french bulldogs with us - another major plus in our eyes.

My hotel room was clean and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was no high speed internet access.
