GREAT value!

We stayed two nights at this place and couldn't believe the value for the $. The room was huge, clean, well-appointed. Great amenities (pool, fitness center, free Wi-Fi, free toiletries like a toothbrush if you forgot yours like I did). Full buffet breakfast is $12. If you eat like a bird, skip the buffet. The staff and service was very good. Bartender was friendly; front desk very professional; breakfast staff efficient and also professional. This is the greater NYC area and it's helpful to remember that New Yorkers' demeanor and manners are NOT gushy and sweet. This isn't Savannah.

Great value! The room was wonderful, the bed one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. For the price and location, you can't beat it. It's 20 minutes from Manhattan, 10 minutes from all the shopping on Rt. 4 & 17. My only complaint is the TV selections. You could have more variety and a better selection of stations available --the hotel didn't have ABC, and I stayed during the NBA finals! I would definitely stay here again, though.

Would rather sleep in my car

Sales staff truly not helpful, they are all new. They must be new to the industry as well. The old sales staff was very friendly and warm, always made me feel welcome. This time I was invisible at best! Food horrible. Check in staff would rather of been some place else. I work for a company who is located in Englewood Cliffs, I will be sure to tell them about my awful experience.

Enjoyable stay.

Was checked in in less than two minutes. Cookies left in my room. Nice room, the bed slept great! Good location. The breakfast buffet left something to be desired, but I really wasn't there for the food. Too many other great places to eat in town.

Service during breakfast was pretty poor. The food was mid to low quality; it was as if no one really cared too much; of course, this was the Sunday staff too, so maybe they really did not want to be there...guess I can't blame them.
