Requested a non-smoking room but it wasn't, so they moved us upstairs.....the vacuum had not been run between the beds. The restaurant (Coco Loco - which is was) noise was SO loud with dozens of noisy people in the parking area.....could not get to sleep until after 2 a.m. The complimentary coffee could not be made because there was a spider web in the coffee pot!

Stay anywhere else in Madison but here!

The coun terpeson would not let us use the restroom when we checked in, the room was very dirty, and they overcharged us and refused to correct this when we got the bill....horrible!

Great value for scenic area

Had a good stay in April. Although remodeling work was going on it was a comfortable stay. Kids had fun in the pool and the complementary breakfast was a great way to start day. Clifty Falls State Park was a great place to see.

Cozy Hotel That Fulfills Your Needs

I had a King Sized bed in a nice large room, and the rate was very cheap (about 65.00). The hotel is kinda tucked back inbetween nothing, so there are no spectacular views or amazing scenery. The lobby and structure were cozy, but nothing special. If you need a place to stay for a business visit or for a few nights, this is it. But if you want to enjoy the beauty of Madison and the Ohio River, I'd not suggest this one. However, it did fulfilll my needs.

During the loss of my husband and his siblings father, our large family used your facilities. We were so glad it was close to everything that we would need! This morning, I found a keycard, in my purse, that wasn't turned in. I apologize. Looking, online, for your address to send it back, I saw this opportunity to thank you. Be expecting the keycard in the mail in the next couple of days! Everyone was very hospitable and kind. We all enjoyed the breakfast bar! What a time saver! Especially those waffles!!! I wanted to let you know how much it meant to us and we hope to see you all again. Thank you!
