The worst hotel in my life, stay away!!

We stayed 3 nights and would like to share our horrible experience with you. The facility and equipment was very old so that there was a very cold air draft from outside, making my family sick in the first night. We complained, requested to repair it immediately, but a maintanance guy dismissed it by saying "That is the way it is. It does not make any difference if you change the room." We need to put a makeshift insulation by ourselves in the second night. Housekeeping failed to show up in the second day, thus we got new towels and glasses from the housekeeping cart on the hall. Even they showed up in the third day, their job was very poor. That night, we noticed that the toilet is having a leaking, soiling our belongings. Our repetitive request of changing the room was finally granted, but door lock was not working well (easily frozen) so that we had to call maintanance again!! Our request of late check-out was also ignored; housekeeping kept bothering us, and they denied our card key access even before our check-out.
Room service stops at 9PM and it is too early and NOT practical. Breakfast room service did not come on time; I saw that a delivery person opened the lid and did something through peep hole.
I made those complains twice through the internet, requesting a contact from Holiday Inn staff. But these have been ignored for a month, suggesting that these sloppy service is system-wide across Holiday Inn. We stayed Holiday Inn across the country and did not encounter such a bad experience until this time.
