Harbour Rocks Hotel Sydney MGallery Collection, Sydney

On arriving we were met by a friendly efficient lady at the check in desk. From thereon it was downhill. There is was no lift and nobody to take our luggage up the stairs. On entering our 'superior' room our hearts sank. It was clean but dingy. The bathroom was the smallest I have seen. The ancient single glazed sash window was difficult to open and close, the paint was peeling and a noisy road was below. On returning to the hotel for a nightcap on the first two evenings, the bar was deserted and no sign of staff. We were booked in for 4 nights but checked out after 3. We have stayed in several Sydney hotels before without complaint. Good location but not recommended. Far better hotels in Sydney for the price.
