Very Nice Hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/3/11
Enjoyed my stay here very much. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean. Comfortable. Very close proximity to the Falls and Niagara State Park. At night, you can hear the roar from the rapids and falls and very relaxing to fall asleep to. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and I hope to return soon. I will stay here again.

WE WILL NEVER GO BACK, WORST HOTEL EVER!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/1/11
I stayed in this hotel on a church trip this week-end July 29 - 31. This was the worst hotel, I've ever stayed in. When you walked into the room the stench was so horrible, it was sickening. The carpet and the decor was stuck in the 80's. My room had a cookie on the floor when we arrived it it was still there when I left. Some of the rooms did not have clean linen on then upon check in. A maid was caught going through the luggage of someone in my group. Also, diamond jewerly was missing from a room and the police was called to investigate. I would never go to that NASTY HOTEL AGAIN! The hallways were extremly hot and elevators extremly slow. Disguesting hotel!! You get what you pay for!! The hotel must have been really bad, when a bus load were extremely unhappy with the hotel!!

Absolutely Wonderful!!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/30/11
Parked extremely close to the hotel. Able to have ground floor room for my husband who recently had knee surgery. Very friendly staff. Willing to help in any way they could. Never had to move the car once we parked in the parking lot (for free - by the way). Was able to walk to the beautiful, breath taking falls and took trolley nearby for the rest of the scenery. Trolley gave a nice tour. Sad to see quite a few hotels nearby shut down and local strip malls closed due to the economy. Looked like a ghost town except for the falls. No really nice places to eat...also sad. Had a local TGI Fridays, good buffet at the casino. Other than that, no places to eat and no stores to shop in. A couple of small (outdated trinket shops), that's all. Would definitely stay here again. Good "Middle of The Road" pricing, too. Nothing too extravagent but affordable and clean. GREAT Continental breakfast. Hot waffles to make yourself, cold and hot cereals, toast, english muffins, fresh fruit, juices, coffees, hot tea, water, fresh donuts, sausage and scrambled eggs and more!!!

Great Place to Stay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/5/11
Location is awesome, you are just across from the park. Continental breakfast buffet was great. Room, bed-sheets and bathroom was clean, staff was friendly Even it was 4th of July weekend, we had a great time. If I go to Niagara Falls, I will definitely stay at Comfort Inn again.

No frills, good value, close to Falls
By Michael, 7/4/11
This hotel is a good value for the money - great hot breakfast included, clean linens, and literally across the street from the Falls. This is the closest hotel to the US Falls in Buffalo. The hotel decor is trapped in the 80s and it caters to tourists, not business travelers (no common PC/Printer although it does have free wireless throughout the hotel). If you can get past the 80s decor, and breakfast in the windowless basement, you'll be fine. Everyone told us to stay on the Canada side, and after walking there I can see why. The Canada side has a stunning view of the Falls and all the amenities and services look brand new - it's top notch. Niagara Falls, USA, on the other hand, is a real dump - looks like it boomed in the 70s/80s and was then abondoned - closed stores, no attractions (beside the beautiful state park/Falls, of course), lousey restaurants (we could only find hot dogs/hamburgers and Indian Food), and abondoned parking garages.

Check the sheets carefully!!
By Saumya, 5/14/10
Convenient location and within walking distance to the attractions. Stayed there with family in 4 rooms. Unfortunately the sheets attract a lot of hair due to static. Well worth checking it as all the 4 rooms had same problem. Found staff indifferent about changing sheets. Would consider this place as a last resort!

Didn't get the room I set up ahead of time
By sassy, 6/19/09
The hotel was in a good spot, the service was good,But I set up a room on the side of the hotel on the side of the falls was placed on the side of the parking lot( not happy) when I set up the room by AAA was to get a queen size bed was given 2 queen size thought it was a little pricey. the room had a smell like smokey, the air did not work very well. The bathroom WOW you can hardly fit 1 person in there and the tub would not drain very well and the 1 elevator it made so much noise I took the stairs afraid that would stop between floors. AAA needs to take a close look here to check the rating because I would not stay again

Great service, but a little overpriced.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/2/08
This hotel should be rated 2 1/2 stars, not quite 3. Had loose bathroom pipe which started leaking, but when we called, the problem was fixed almost immediately. Asked for extra towels, got almost immediately. Room was good except the pillows were too small. Bathroom was clean (room 603). The heater would sometimes get VERY loud. The breakfast was good, but a bit far to walk when you get to that floor. Also, the coffee cups were extremely small. The people working the breakfast were very polite and helpful! Would go back again if they lowered their rates a bit.
