La Quinta Inn Tampa East Fairgrounds, Tampa

This place is a dump! Dont take your kids there please! They had a bunch of drunks having a party by the front door! Yhe room we stayed in...Had water lines on the door where the room had previously been flooded. The carpet was nasty. And by the pool....which was full of leaves and tree limbs also...they have a water fountain. My 4 y/o daughter was going to get a drink of water from that fountain. When I mashed the button so she could get a drink, some kind of dark brown junk came out of the spout. This is just a few of the major things that are wrong with this....nope...cant call it a motel or hotel cause its barely livable. They say pets are welcome..this I beleive cause the rooms smell like their poop!

I had a really nice stay. This locations was well priced. It is very hard to find a great hotel with clean rooms, great amenities. I appreciate clean carpeting. Quiet and Clen rooms! This was a great experiece and I will definately retun!

I have stayed at this hotel for the last 10 years. Although some effort has been put into the building to keep it in repair, it is really showing its age. Further the front desk staff on off-shifts are not as capable as they once were. I was second in line at check in and it took 15-20 minutes to get to me.
