rude service even with an apology

I'm not sure if the hotel owners read this, but I recently tried to call and reserve a room for a family function, and yes it was late, but I work at a hotel and am used to them being open all the time. Well this one wasn't but I was unaware, as I was trying to apologize, I was cursed at and hung up on. We were planning on staying at this hotel, however after the way I was spoken too, I think we'll pass.
