Even though the room was clean, the hotel is in dire need of renovations. The bathrooms are awful. There are plumbing problems and the tub has stains all over it. There are cigarette burns on the vanity and the carpet. We literally had to lean into the door and push it as hard as we could to get it to open. Went in to take advantage of the continental "breakfast" and they had not even set it out. This was 7:15, and it was supposed to be out by 6 am. It consisted of bagels, 2 kinds of cereal, and about 10 mini chocolate donuts. There were no utensils for putting a spread on the bagels or eating cereal! The only drinks were milk and maybe coffee, although I never saw it. The towels are very thin and small. If the owners would invest into putting in new carpet and bathrooms, it would be a lot better.

Good Quit Stay

Great stay, I would say the best hotel in that town nice centrally location with restaurant and stores nearby, close to beach, Nice clean rooms, accommodations absolutely rite on. Had High Speed internet, and Micro/Fridge. Price was Great for what you get, staff friendly and helpful. The staff was able to answer all my questions about the local area, And also nice continental breakfest, Lounge with live music and Big pool And would recommend for any one to stay, And We will be going back.

nice location, close to beach, rooms great, accommodations absolutely rite on. price right, staff friendly and helpful. room was very comfortable. location is on the "gulf shores freeway". the staff was able to answer all my questions about the local area.

this was great place to stay for 54.95. customer service was extremely helpful. the wireless worked fabulous. they have great coffee for the continetal breakfast

Run from this establishment!

We were coming back from north Alabama and drove through the town of Bay Minette. We decided to stay here because it had high speed internet access. False advertisement! We spent quite some time trying to get the internet to work-Steve the asst. manager was not any help and extremely rude to boot. The room was a non-smoking although you would not have been able to tell with all the cigerate burns throughout the room. The worst was yet to come-one of our kids decided to take a shower to find red stains all over the shower curtain. It was mold!!! Talk about unhealthy-again Steve the asst. manager was extremely rude and did not offer to compensate us in any way. Please pass this place and try the Days Inn across the way. Bays Inn is opening a motel in Foley also-wouldn't recommend staying at a place where there is no sign of customer service anywhere and the rooms just out right disgusting!!!
