Bay Inn & Suites, Bay Minette

We were coming back from north Alabama and drove through the town of Bay Minette. We decided to stay here because it had high speed internet access. False advertisement! We spent quite some time trying to get the internet to work-Steve the asst. manager was not any help and extremely rude to boot. The room was a non-smoking although you would not have been able to tell with all the cigerate burns throughout the room. The worst was yet to come-one of our kids decided to take a shower to find red stains all over the shower curtain. It was mold!!! Talk about unhealthy-again Steve the asst. manager was extremely rude and did not offer to compensate us in any way. Please pass this place and try the Days Inn across the way. Bays Inn is opening a motel in Foley also-wouldn't recommend staying at a place where there is no sign of customer service anywhere and the rooms just out right disgusting!!!
