Biltmore Hotel, San Francisco

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. Our hotel room was absolutely disgusting. Stains on the sheets and towels. The worst part was the cockroach and bug infestation. Every corner of the room had cockroaches...from behind the bathroom mirror, to the desk, the side tables, inside the fridge, etc. They were all over our suitcase and clothes. The bed had bed bugs, and those (and the cockroaches) crawled over us all night long. We were unable to sleep from all the bug bites/crawlies, and had to huddle in a corner all night. (all nearby hotel rooms were booked solid) I would never stay here again, not even if you paid me $500. The place smelled bad and creeped us out...wouldn't have been surprised to find a dead hooker under the bed.
