Countryside Inn & Suites, Breezewood

Anyone who leaves a positive review of this place... is an employee of this location and is only trying to keep their job... because I have never stayed at such a nasty hotel. It was the only place that had vacancy.... so instead of driving 10 miles to the next exit, we stayed here! (GULP) Freddy Krueger couldnt sleep at this place! Smelled like the stay puff marshmellow man pissed in his sleep here!

It was a very nice stay. The place was clean and the people were friendly. Found a wonderful restuarant to eat at that was built in the 1700's.

STAFF WAS GREAT,LOCATION IF GOOD, BUT THE HALLWAYS ARE HOT AND ALSO SMELL REALLY BAD. THE ROOM SMELL JUST AS BAD. IT SMELLS LIKE URINE AND WATER DAMAGE. AND OUTSIDE THE TRASH WAS OVERFLOWING. THE INSIDE WAS CLEAN, BUT THE SMELL WAS TO BAD FOR US TO STAY. THE SMELL OF URINE,WATER DAMAGE,AND MOLD IS REALLY STRONG. IT WOOD BE A WONDERFULL PLACE IF IT WAS AIR OUT. I ALSO DISLIKE THE OUTDATED BED LINEN. THE BAR WAS GREAT BUT LOUD VERY LOUD. ALTOGETHER IT WAS OK BUT THAT PLACE NEEDS A LOT OF WORK BEFORE I WOULD LET ANYONE STAY THERE. SOMEONE COULD GET SICK FROM THAT PLACE.WITH THE MOLD AND URINE SMELL, THE SMELL IS JUST ABOUT EVERYWHERE IN THE BUILDING. SO IT COMES DOWN TO THE FACT THAT I WON'T STAY THERE UNTIL IT IS COMPLETELY CLEANED AND DEMOLDED, AND DEURINED. SORRY FOR THE BAD REVIEW BUT THIS IS A BIG PROBLEM AND IT NEEDS TO BE FIX ASAP.

MY FAMILY AND I DISLIKE THE FACT THAT THE ROOM WE STAYED IN HAD A NASTY SMELL. IT HAD THE SMELL OF MOLD AND URINE. I JUST THINK THAT THE HOTEL COULD BE ALOT CLEANER. I ALSO DISLIKED THE FACT IT'S SAPPOSED TO BE A NICE PLACE AND WHEN WE FIRST ARRIVED THERE IT WAS SO HOT OUTSIDE MY FAMILY AND I COULDN'T WAIT TO GET INSIDE AND WHEN WE DID IT WAS HOTTER INSIDE THAT PLACE THEN IT WAS OUTSIDE. I THINK THAT THE HOTEL COULD AND SHOULD DO ALOT BETTER THEN THAY ARE DOING. OTHER THE THE HOTEL ITS SELF THE PEOPLE IN THE HOTEL WAS SO NICE AND WARM WELCOMING. ONLY IF THE HOTEL WAS AS WARM WELCOMING AS THE SERVICE WAS, I WOULD STAY THERE ON EVERY FAMILY VACATION.

The entire first floor smelled like cat urine and the second floor (ground level) smelled like the entire hotel had recieved water damage and was never properly cleaned. There was a bat hanging from a ceiling tile on the ground floor during the daytime and the staff did nothing to remove it (we took the bat outside).

VERY CLEAN FRIENDLY STAFF HELPFUL GREAT LOCATION PRICES OUTSTANDING COMPARED TO OTHER PLACES IN THE AREA
